The International Training Academy (ITA) was formed as a result of the high demand for MR-ProFun’s global attractions and museum expertise offered around the world. Since 1980, our projects have included planning, training, operating and consulting on theme parks, museums/ institutions, aquariums, zoos, location-based entertainment, destination resorts and large world-class special events, including World Expositions and Olympiads.

Guest Service Programs
The unique service excellence system details the steps to follow to successfully improve the delivery of service from employees as well as a focus on how to manage for service excellence delivery. Each participant will walk away with essential resources to support the implementation of the program back in their own leisure facility.
